Source of Deadly Wuhan Coronavirus Outbreak, that has become Global Pandemic

        As the mortality rate is increasing in China, people are getting worried about this epidemic caused by Coronavirus. There are a lot of stories behind this and one theory saying that someone consumed the bat soup in the Wuhan seafood and animal market that was the source of Virus spread. But no one knows the exact story from where that virus started evolving.

Researchers have collected samples from that seafood market and 33 from that samples showed positive indication and matched 90% with the virus found in bats and they're trying to know the exact source of spread but there is no exact information.

But one story behind this is that a researcher from Wuhan Institute of Virology was researching “Bat Virus infection and Immunization” and he was leading a group of researchers on this. They were trying to know that how is it possible that a bat can stay immune after getting these deadly SARS, Ebola, and Coronavirus without getting any diseases or affect. They have obtained this virus from the Canadian Bio-safety level 4 Lab for further study to understand it and weaponize it against the more dangerous virus like Ebola, they transferred it to the Wuhan Institute of Virology which is studying the world's most dangerous pathogens. Then it’s released or escaped (accidentally or not) in surrounding of the city. And that seafood market is just 20 miles away from that Bio-safety Level 4 lab. 

They publicized a notice on November 18, 2019, for hiring two post-doc fellows to research on "bats to research the molecular mechanism that allows Ebola and SARS-associated coronaviruses to lie dormant for a long time without causing diseases."

Dr. Peng Zhou was working on research regarding the mechanism of bats and their long term virus-carrying and transmitting ways, He has published a lot of articles in well-reputed journals and he has some funding projects from the big organizations of the Chinese government. We have good experience regarding how bats carry viruses without getting sick. He has a lot of research articles regarding this kind of research.

This man was leading a group of scientists that was researching the immune system of the bats which carry the viruses and transmit these viruses in the world and the lab they were working is situated in Wuhan Institute of Virology which is one of the most sensitive Labs in China and carrying deadly virus pathogens. They were researching how and why bats can carry the deadliest viruses in the world including Ebola, SARS, and Coronavirus and to not get sick.

They were trying to genetically engineer various natural pathways against such viruses and they were also working on coronavirus that is resistant to any natural immune pathway and now appear to be out in the world and they were hiring some non-experienced doctors students in mid-November 2019 and now we are facing this outbreak globally. 

Who is responsible for it and who was heading this kind of research without care, There are a lot of questions that needed to be answered?
